Carmen Cusack and Jeff Blumenkrantz perform in New Jersey, Michael J Moritz Jr music directs
Tony nominee and star of the musical Bright Star, Carmen Cusack, will team up with her co-star Jeff Blumenkrantz on for a cabaret show at the Axelrod Performing Arts Center in Deal, New Jersey on May 20th. Michael J Moritz Jr will music direct the night including Broadway songs and other compositions.
Cusack has previously also starred as Elphaba in the nation tour of Wicked and as Nellie Forbush for the North American tour of South Pacific. Blumenkrantz, an actor, garned his Tony nomination as part of the composition team for the 2003 musical Urban Cowboy, though has gone on to act in A Class Act, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and The Golden Apple.
