From Broadway With Love: A Benefit Concert For Orlando
Following the tragic event that took place at Pulse nightclub in Orlando on June 12, the Broadway and Orlando theatre communities will unite to perform From Broadway With Love: A Benefit Concert For Orlando – a healing night of music and dance to honor the 49 victims – on Monday, July 25 at 7:30 pm at the Disney Theatre in the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts.
From Broadway With Love: A Benefit Concert For Orlando features song, dance and special appearances from some of the biggest names on Broadway including Darren Criss, Chita Rivera, Norbert Leo Butz, Kelli O’Hara, Jessie Mueller, Wilson Cruz, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Carmen Cusack, Andrea McArdle, Lilla Crawford, Priscilla Lopez, Lillias White, Liz Callaway, Josh Henry, Keala Settle, Anika Larsen, Justin Sargent, Carrie Manolakos, as well as SiriusXM Broadway hosts Seth Rudetsky and Christine Pedi. The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, who will donate their performance as one of the sponsors for the evening, will accompany the performers. Michael J. Moritz will serve as Music Director and conductor.
Net proceeds raised from the performance (royalties and artist fees waived) by From Broadway With Love: A Benefit Concert For Orlando will be donated equally between the LGBT Community Center of Central Florida, Hope and Help Center of Central Florida and Zebra Coalition. Michael will produce and mix the CD/DVD/Blu-Ray.

On December 2nd, 2017 in Orlando, Florida, Michael J Moritz Jr, along with his team members Billy LaGuardia and Brandon Loewit, won an Emmy Award for Audio for their work on the 2016 release of "From Broadway With Love: A Benefit Concert for Orlando".
